 Fine Green Design now offers professional staging services. If you are looking to sell, re-list, or appraise your home, Fine Green Design staging services are for you. By utilizing your existing furniture and accessories, organizing your current layout, while adding a few key pieces; your home will be transformed into a show worthy space for those potential buyers. Initial Consultation $50 The Consultation will start with a thorough walkthrough of the home, where a list of essential home improvements, suggestions for de-cluttering, paint colors, and new floor plan arrangements will be complied. After the consultation, a detailed report reviewing the walkthrough will be sent to the homeowner. We will then schedule a staging date to carry out the necessary changes. Separate arrangements should be made by the home owner to carry out renovations and repairs before the actual day of staging. We have a list of recommendations to get you started. Full Day of Staging $350 This service is a full 6 hour day of transformation; where we come in and implement the suggestions from the consultation; by de-cluttering and redesigning the rooms using existing furnishings, lighting and artwork; showcasing the home in it's best possible light to prospective buyers. During the consultation suggestions for accessories such as curtains, pillows, artwork, etc. may be made. Whenever possible we try and use existing accessories. The homeowner is responsible for purchasing these items should they choose to before the scheduled staging date. Photography $150 Professional digital photos of the completed home will be taken, edited and then emailed to you. The edited photos will be sent to the homeowner or realtor in a high quality digital format that can be used on marketing pieces, print or the web.
